Biomechanic assessment

Andrea will carry out an in-depth hands on assessment of the foot and lower limb to determine the possible causes contributing to faulty foot mechanics. Where required, Andrea will create 100% custom FootBalance insoles or orthotics alongside rehabilitation exercises to reduce discomfort.

Common foot problems

Common injuries and problems associated with faulty foot mechanics include; ankle instability, fallen arches, plantar fasciitis, shin splints, hard skin, corns, heel and forefoot pain, bunions, Morton's neuroma, metatarsalgia, etc..
